Food began as a form of substance for man, through evolution of man; food has seen its changes. Combining the experience of old traditional cooking, which complement with exquisite service adds up to experiencing east meets west fusion dining at Coral Village Bistro. Having gained a reputation for quality & reliability, much of the business is by "words of mouth" thus have built a pool of loyal customers.

Started from a small Zi-Char stall at Chin Swee Road, we have learned the trade of cooking and serving good food from our elderly. Soon being there for more than ten years we have since moved to Changi Golf Club.

We have served the members' there and also the public for ten years, creating a pool of regulars and building a core business before shifting to where we are now at 269 Beach Road.
