As a side, two pieces of vadi - a kind of biscuits in Indian culture - serves as an appetiser and adds to the flavour of the exciting meal ahead of you. We also understand that not everyone has a high threshold of tolerance for spicy foods, but yet are unable to forego their "poison". That is why we also provide a number of sides that are served alongside. The set comes with a delectable slice of pan-fried White Dory, and not forgetting, a bowl of steamed white rice to come to your rescue while you enjoy the spicy fish.

You can also choose to whet your appetite on our delightful curry fish head (available separately). Presented to you in a claypot to maintain the warmth of the dish, you will find our fish head wonderfully simmering in our specially cooked curry. Once you have a taste of our curry fish head, you'll find that it gives you a tangy taste amid the mix of long beans, brinjal, lady's finger with Tau Pok and aromatic leaves to add to the zest of this dish that is hot in demand.

Our fish are freshly acquired from the sea, and daily supplies are limited while stocks last. If you don't like Fish Heads, or had simply missed this special dish of ours, we also strongly recommend our Sliced Fish or Big Prawns, also lovingly cooked in the same style, sauce and spices.

The curry sauce we use is cooked for hours in a mixture of lots of spices and flavours. We use fresh milk, instead of coconut milk, to bring out the fragrance of the curry and it's not bloating at all! And best of all, "Healthiness is the Key Factor" is what we strive for when cooking this dish.
